Just called capital&emirates. Emirates says they WILL pass on Any fanmail but Capital are simply using the stadium as a venue so they can't garuantee you will recieve a reply.
Capital said they couldn't give me any info on fanmail as they said it's. Up to Emirates

When I enquired earlier, Emirates told me it's not their responsibility (since they're not the ones running the show) and to ask Capital.

That has me confused: I think I've read at least once that they don't pass mail on. If they do it means I've sent duplicates.

They do even in the list of VV's that pass fanmails it's included!
