Hello!

Sizes like 4x6, 5x7, 8x10 and similar are in inches if not stated otherwise. Sizes in centimetres look like this: 10x15, 13x18, 20x25 etc. {thumb2} But they are the same, for example, 4x6 in inches is same as 10x15 in cms (multiple inches by 2.5 and you get centimetres :D ).

The International System of Units (metric system) is used by the international community as a standard of measurement. Unlike the rest of the international community, the US has not officially adopted the International System of Units and continues to use its own unique customary units (ex. inch, foot, yard, mile). 8x10 is a measurement used in the US to denote inches. Only the US, Liberia and Myanmar have customary units. Every other country is on the metric system, so the measurements would be in centimeters. {thumb2}
