BROADWAY NYC PRODUCTiON ADDRESSES **7/12/09 - UPDATED!!!***

I've just learned that the Broadway play, Reasons To Be Pretty, is having its final performance this Sunday June 14th.

It was intitally believed to be running to Sept. 6th, if I remember correctly, but that has changed.

I just wanted to let you know.

Accent on Youth, August: Osage County, Irena's Vow, and The Philanthropist are closing on June 28th.

Blithe Spirit is closing on July 19th.

Guys and Dolls and Joe Turner's Come and Gone have already ended their production run.

I heard that Drew Seeley is in the Little Mermaid through August 30th. Is that true, and has anyone gotten his autograph from this? Thanks!

Drew is absolutely in The Little Mermaid and will be throughout the summer season. I don't know anyone who has seen him in it, so I cannot comment on it, nor if he stagedoors, but I would assume (as most Disney people are supposed to - and by working for the LIttle Mermaid he is working for Disney Theatricals...under Disney) he would answer if you sent to him. Chances of getting him through the stage manager? Slim as of now.

I just want to say thanks for all the info you have on this thread, it's been a really big help to me. I got my first via venue success back today from Angela Lansbury, and as well as signing my pictures, she kindly included a Playbill for Blithe Spirit, which is the most awesome thing I've ever received. It's so imformative and gives me a little taster of American theatre, that I'm definitely going to start collecting them and maybe even get some more signed ones from my favourite shows.

Wicked has been running on Broadway for the last 6 years straight. I'm pretty certain they don't have any plans of it ending anytime soon.
