I would like to send an autograph request to Katy Perry - She's a great singer! I'm in the UK and i am not sure what to send;
Letter (Obviously)
SAE? - Does she have her own envelopes to send?
IRC's? - Does she need these, or will she pay for the air mail?

Well you need to include an IRC or two and an SAE, If you don't include those, you won't get a reply, its best to include an IRC and an SAE. Good luck! {thumb2}
