Help with my Avator...

Hiya!

I really need help with my avator!
You see I got -Lil1- to make me a Emilie de Ravin set and because siggys aren't working at the moment, I can't use my siggy but I am copying and pasting my new siggy in each post!
I have been trying to upload my avatar which is here:

but the dimensions aren't working and I'm not sure of the dimensions? So I'm really confused of what to do, can someone please help me I really want to use my cool avatar! {thumb2} :razz:
