I didn't write to this particular actress, but I have to other West End stars...they usually either send a headshot if you request one or if you request something form the show/flier, they generally will send a flier (or a photo or them in the show - but that was an American on the West End who ddthat for me!).

Great success. I only have written to one musical star in West end and that was Oliver Tompsett from " Wicked" he was very kind with his reply to. I saw a clip of this actress from west end live on youtube shes really good.
