Hi Lovett_First_Sight (Sweeney Todd ;)?)
Mr Jackman will be starring opposite Daniel Craig in the Broadway production of 'A Steady Rain.'
Previews begin September 10, so don't send until the EARLIEST being September 9 (as many things get lost backstage, especially with the first few performances usually being hectic!).
Best of luck!

Re: Hugh Jackman?
All I can they is that I recieved a PP the last time he was on Broadway when I wrote to him.
Re: Hugh Jackman?
The only authentic I have seen for Jackman VV was for a friend in the service. All the other replies that came out of the venue were forwarded to his agency and we all got back AP's.
As Sasira has mentioned that he sent out a PP from another venue then it appears he does not sign VV.
Sorry.

^ That is indeed a bummer.
Sometimes I do have to wonder why it's so much to ask that they sign stuff when they're filming or appearing on stage. *shakes head*

Because Most people get VERY into it/their character, hearing about naother one "messes" them up somehow.Johnny's Fan wrote:^ That is indeed a bummer.

Some people are a Susan Serandon about it: in that they know it's hard work and promote it; some people are like Geoffrey Rush who are super-enthusiastic about it; then there's a whole nother brand of actor like Terrence Howard who complain about every little thing and make sure everyone else backstage has a miserbale time.
Notice who signed: Susan pretty much 75% of requests (Not mine, mind you ;)), Geoffrey signed for all; Terrence Howard signed for no one / assualted a stage manager /etc.

Hi, just tkae off the "Between Broadway & 8th" part...that is known (more for walking directions).
Previews begin September 10 - the first performance in front of a PAYING audience. Official opening is September 29, which is when the show is in it's "frozen" version - so if you see it on Sept 10 and then again Sept 29, there may be SOME changes - usually not with plays though, mostly musicals.
I would NOT mail it until September 9th at the earliest. The play will be running until December 6th (Sunday), so you can pretty much send from September 9th through whenever how long it takes to get to NYC for the 5th of December. Often times within the first week-ish of the show, when they are moving things in their dressing rooms/etc. things can get lost backstage, so it really doesn't matter if you send to be "the first," considering he will be there 8 times a week, and 6-days a week.
Good luck - any other Qs post them here, on one of the BWAY threads or PM me!
