I bought it from an autograph dealer, not on eBay though. I can figure out which one.
It did come with a COA and I remember they had a picture of her signing it, but I never asked to get a copy of it.
The picture was at what looked like a movie premiere, hence why it looks so rushed!

It doesn't look rushed to me. It looks too slowly and deliberately done, and it does not look like her handwriting.

I don't know what to tell you. I am very confident in its authenticity, hence why I'm selling it. Once again when I bought it I saw a picture of her signing that exact photo.
