I know I wouldn't contact photographers. What a joke that would be. I will try another store then. What a bummer! :neutral:RYAN J. wrote:Well even if you print the instant ones they photo employee will still have to look at them and count them.Best bet is to try another store that will let you print them off. It would be pretty hard trying to contact all those photographers since many don't even feature a name on them. :neutral:

Re: Printing Photos
Have you had a problem like this? What did you say to the employee??? I told them it was a hobby (brand new one) and that I was going to send them to the actor/actress to get a signature. That's it. There would not be any money involved or profits. That's the truth, but still was denied.

Re: Printing Photos
I only had it the one time, but after I explained they were fine with it. Your wal-mart employees must be stricter than mine. :neutral: Hopefully you can find a place to get them done. I know there's a couple of members over in the graphics section that help people with getting photos printed (You send them the files & money, they print them off and mail them to you)

Re: Printing Photos
I'm going to try and put the photos I want to print on my memory card then to the 1 hour thing at wal-mart. The only thing I'm worried about is if the pictures are going to turn out cause I'm clowing them up to 8 by 10's. I don't want them to turn out all crappy.
Anybody have any ideas. Wil this work?

Print 1 and see. Don't print all at once. I tried that same method (Wal-Mart) and I was blocked. I was told no way.Niko4631 wrote:I'm going to try and put the photos I want to print on my memory card then to the 1 hour thing at wal-mart. Re: Printing Photos
Did they block you because of copyright reasons? I know someone who works in the photo section area, I got her inot autograph collecting, so maybe she will let me print them.

Re: Printing Photos
The girl I know said no problem. 10 minutes later I got a call saying she can't finish these because her manager said so. She said it was illegal. A lot of photos were not copyrighted...only 1 actually. Then she said well they are professional pictures and we need a paper for each picture from each photographer. Right. Like I will go do that.Niko4631 wrote:Did they block you because of copyright reasons? Re: Printing Photos
Should I go into a different store and just try and print them and see if they call me and say, No. Or if I should just tell them that it is a new hobby and I will be sending them to get signatures. What do you think would be a better option?

Re: Printing Photos
Like I mentioned in the email I just sent you, it would probably be wise to tell them ahead of time before printing them off that your only doing this for a hobby. Hopefully you can find a store soon! {thumb2}
