Why do celebs hate blue sharpies so much??

I hear more and more about how celebs hate signing in blue ( or any other color) Once I had a silver sharpie and they took it away and pulled out a black one.I just don't get it.......

Not all do, just the diva's and hot shots who think they are better than a blue sharpie.

I think it's just certain people personally I prefer the black and silver ones I am not really keen on the multi coloured ones!!!

Maybe for certain celebs, but not overall.

I think I've heard they just last longer. I just know, mainly for sports, people advertise it if it was signed in blue.

ive never understood this, certain celebs are told by i guess their manager or agent etc to not sign in certain colors, ive never understood it because a autograph is a autograph, and in my opinon the color doesent make a difference to a fan or a dealer.

I've been to numerous signings and the assistant and celeb/athlete decide what marker would be best for the item being signed so it's not that they hate blue, they just pick out the best for the item, and most of them it's black for photos, silver for darker photos, and mostly blue or pen for balls. IMO.
