Well, Miley Cyrus Replies, but she takes ages and you get two unsigned pics back. Vanessa Hudgens replies, but haven't seen a recent success. Selena Gomez sends back PP'S(Unless you send a photo for her to sign VV) and Demi used to be a good replier, but I do not know if she is now. Thats All I know, sorry.

Lucas Grabeel (HSM) is quite a good signer
Demi Lovato used to be a good signer but not any more
Miey Cyrus sends 2 unsigned photos and they take a while to come. I got a Miley Cyrus success VV but that is the only VV success from her I have seen
Selena Gomez send PP's from Studio Fan Mail but signs authenticly VV
Vanessa Hudgens signs at her new movie Beastly address (only valid until middle of August) {love}
