Hey Superdude415

First you have to PM admin and ask him if you can become a TM.
He will then reply with his desision and if he agress you will become a TM

To be a good TM, you have to be helpful on the site, be a active and popular member and avoid getting into arguments

Before you apply to become a TM I would advise you to help out a bit more on the site and become more active {thumb2}

well, im trying to be a trainee, (but i dought i will right now) and i have been denied, i didnt try again till 200 posts later, and when i tried yellows team he said i needed 100 posts, and even then the outcome was

It was a simple question, why do you think you deserve to be a TM? You should be able to think of a few reasons... Also, please don't use that language, let this be your first and last warning.

This proves my point, admin accepts TM's with no experience. So, if you would like to be a TM, PM him, I'm sure your more than qualified.
