Need advise!

Hi, I'm from Costa Rica and I'd like to send fan mail to Demi Lovato to get an autograph, I've been reading the SAE and SASE etc... so I have a few questions, they're more advice like really!:

- If I send a SAE with IRC's the chances of getting a reply are lower?, or it depends on the artist? (in this case Demi Lovato)

- If I want to send a SASE it means that it has to be already with US stamps on it, the USPS doesn't sell them on their website?, cause I've seen that I'll have to call lol, that will be expensive!

- How could I seal the envelope, with tape or maybe glue? lol I just cant get here a good envelope for airmail, I've used tape previously for international mailing but not for mail into the US

A: The chances of you gettting a reply are higher, as the celebrity doesn't have to pay to return your fanmail to you. Some celebs are kind enough to return your mail anyway, but it's best to include some just to be on the safe side.

A: I suppose it depends how badly you want that autograph, as to whether you call or not.

A: I usually use tape, less messy. But it doesn't really matter.

Thanks a lot for the responses!, other thing is about the method, just the normal Airmail or I could sent it certified as well?

I'm a noob when it comes to this lol
