Hi, how many IRCs do I need to get a large Envelope (A4 size, 3 ounces) from the USA to Germany? 1 IRC costs 2 Euro in Germany, but how much is it worth in USA? Do they convert the 2 Euro into US Dollar?
How many IRCs do I need to get that envelope described above from the UK to Germany and how much is 1 IRC worth in the UK?
I wonder which is better (cheaper) for me: Buying IRCs for 2 Euro each OR ordering US stamps/UK stamps...
What's your opinion?
How many IRC's do I need?

Re: How many IRC's do I need?
Hello!
I went the other day to buy some IRCs. In the post office said me that if the envelope is bigger than the standard ones, (A5 or A4 size are not standard), it is necessary 2 IRCs or more, depend of the weight. And the destiny doesn’t mutter. I live in Europe and I buy 2 for a letter to USA and 2 for a letter to UK. And they cost 2€, so probably is better ordering stamps.
