Hi,

Sometime yesterday morning, my great uncle passed away. He had been struggling with Alzheimer's disease for a while now.

I'm very sorry to hear about your uncle

A few of my relatives had Alzheimer's, so I know it can be very tough.

Hey Joel

Really sorry to hear that mate

I know from personal experience that Alzheimer's can be a terrible illness, but sometimes even worse for those who have to watch somebody suffering with it.

All I can suggest is to try an support your mum as much as you can, and just be there to listen when and if she wants to talk.

I'll be thinking of you matey.
