I can't tell you how much I appreciate someone acknowledging the work and effort I have put in for others in the forum. A simple thank you goes a LONG way!

You're welcome everyone! {thumb2}
It might be a good idea for someone to call closer to production. They are usually pretty good about forwarding, at these Canadian addresses, but I can't be sure.
I hope you all get a success.
Good Luck!

Do you think sending only a SAE instead of a SASE is okay? (I don't have canadian stamps...)

It's cool that you posted this address. Where did you find it? Can you tell me the website, please?nightowl wrote:Okay, here's the address:

BUT . . . the person answering the phone in the production office isn't co-operating, at all. This happens sometimes if you call too far ahead of the production dates. They'll tell you no they don't forward, and then if you call close to production you'll get someone else on the phone that says: Oh, sure, we'll forward to the actors.
All she would say is that she can't give out any information at all! All she would say is that if you send fan mail there that they will see that "their people" get it.
That could mean anything. It could mean their agency, which will be a complete waste of time. I tried to get her to be more specific but she refused, saying she couldn't disclose anything. She wouldn't even verify the start date of production.![]()
I suggest someone call the number above much closer to the production start date. The odds are you will get someone on the phone that will be very helpful with info---at least that has been my experience.
Good Luck! {thumb2}
I tried to google the address for Sucker Punch but found nothing!
Also, there are so many other replies with movie set addresses for all the other address requests and I wonder where those members get their information from? It seems like it's impossible to find the exact address of a movie set by just googling it!
Sometimes I just find the location like "Tybee, Savannah" or "Vancouver, Canada" but that's it! Interesting to know, but not really helpful if you want to send an autograph request!
Re: Sucker Punch (2010)
On a related note, does anyone know Emily Browning signs VV? I think she was the actress who replaced Amanda Seyfried after she had to bow out.
Re: Sucker Punch (2010)
AlistairSaintClaire,
It's very difficult to say if you'll get a success without stamps. With VV requests it is always best to include a photo and a SASE. As they are busy filming, and would not have stamps or photos on hand, it's hard to say if they have an assistant that can run out to the post office and take care of that for them. Also some won't return requests if you don't pay for postage. It's impossible to know which ones do and don't. Some celebs are extremely generous and will pay for it, others may not have someone to take care of it for them.
So, I highly recommend you get stamps for the best odds at a success---if they sign.
I have been told, more than once, from people outside Canada, that you can order Canadian stamps from Canada Post toll free over the phone, AND they do not charge you shipping to mail them to you! I would assume the US border may charge you tax and duty.
Here is the page with the phone numbers.

You can ask them whatever you want, about size, pricing, weight, do they charge for shipping, and pay for that using your credit card.
I can tell you an oversized envelope 9"x12", 0-100 grams (approximately 3.5 oz.), will need $1.96 in stamps (CAD). I don't know if you will be charged tax on that or not. You'll need to ask.
As for where I get my info, it comes from a lot of research and hunting. I usually start out with a tiny bit of info, and then through a series of phone calls try to get to the info I want.

I personally don't know anything about Emily. But hopefully someone here will be kind enough to answer your question. {thumb2}

Re: Sucker Punch (2010)
Thank you so much for your detailed response! I am very happy to hear that canadian stamps can be ordered so easy. I failed at ordering US stamps (USPS didn't let me sign up)and UK stamps (Royal mail does not ship outside UK) at the official sites before so that is really good news! I will try soon!
Thanks again for all your efforts to find this address and posting it! {thumb2} {love}

Re: Sucker Punch (2010)
AlistairSaintClaire,
Where do you live? I thought you lived in the US. Those prices I quoted you are based on mailing from Canada to the US.
When you say USPS wouldn't let you sign up, what do you mean? Over the net? They have stopped allowing people ordering stamps over the net due to so much fraud. You can call USPS toll free from anywhere in the world and order exactly what you want over the phone. They charge you a pretty penny to ship it to you though. You can just use your credit card to pay for it. You may also be charged tax and duty at your border as well. I don't know. But you can get them!
Here's a link to their phone numbers:
http://www.usps.com/customerservice/wel ... merService
BUT before you go ordering anything you'll first need to figure out how much it will cost to mail from the US to wherever you live. You can just go on their site and look up sizes, and weight, etc. I highly recommend you go to your local post office and weigh your return envelope and photo, (and cardboard if you supply it). Just what will be coming back to you. Use those weights to determine the prices you'll need, and what stamps you'll need to get.
Are you sure the Royal Mail won't ship outside the UK? That sounds very strange. The only reason I haven't ordered from them is they won't sell you exactly what you want. You have to get it in large amounts, like rolls of 100. I did come across a booklet of 4 worldwide stamps. That is the closest I can get to what I need. But I would have to use two stamps and that would be more than I require and a waste of money.
I have been including money in my UK sends. I research how much I'll need depending on the weight of my return envelope, of course. But you are risking that they won't return it with sending money if it is a VV send.
I have had a friend in the UK send me stamps, two or three times. But I feel bad asking him to keep doing it. I just mail him the money and he mails me exactly what I need.
Other post offices around the world may have a minimum order. Like Switzerland, their minimum order comes to $16 CAD. Ireland comes to around $12. You can order exactly what you want from France Post, I've done that.
Do have a look at all I have mentioned!
I hope that helps. {thumb2}
