I have skimmed through the last 10 pages or so, but I must have missed that, sorry. If I could one cheap, I might get one, as I like the idea of the inserts, but it's very expensive just for those and shipping to the UK will not be cheap either.TheScarletPimpernel wrote:And Johnny's Fan:
Someone asked that question .. maybe not TWO pages ago on this thread so check it out. To sum it up, the PlaybillStore.com binders are a waste of money, just buy a regular binder / ACID-FREE sleeves. Or do what I/many do: Put them in a box or shelves.
I'm not a huge fan of people selling autographs full stop really, as someone took the time to sign things, and I think it's low to ask for them to sell them. But it's crazy how many playbills I'm seeing on eBay that I'm also seeing being received relatively recently by people on here.
There are quite a few signed ones on ebay.com that are of current shows I would be interested in, and even though it will cost me less to buy them on eBay than the stamps I'll need to buy to put on my SAE, I wouldn't buy them on principal.
The only playbills I would want from ebay are signed ones of say Patti Lupone from an old show, or just playbills of old shows. I've just found one from 1981 for the Jerry Orbach 42nd Street, so I'm definitely going to buy that.
