Addressing A Letter

I am going to send my first letter and I want to make sure I address it right. Do you add the name of the place your sending it like Podwall Entertainment or do you just put there name? Or both?

Also should I put another envelope in the letter so they can send it back? I'm not sure. Tips would be helpful.

As far as your address question goes, I would write:

Celebs Name
C/O Powell Entertainment
Address
City, State, Zip

You want to include a SASE (self addressed stamped envelope) with your letter for the best chance of getting a response. If you have any more questions please feel free to ask.
