Cameron Diaz VV success???

Unread post by nightowl »

Cameron Diaz

Date Sent: April 4, 2008 < No that's not a typo! 16-1/2 months!
Received: August 19, 2009

Addy used:

My Sister's Keeper

Sent a LOR, SASE, and 1-8x10 CP.

I received my request back from her agency, which has a new address.

The Firm
2049 Century Park E STE 2550
Los Angeles, CA 90067-3139
USA

45 cents in postage was added, considering the postage went up during that time, and they added one of their own photos.

Prior to now I have believed these to be secretarials. I tried to find something to compare it to on the net but was unable to find anything of real worth.

Now that a post has been added to this thread with an IP that I can now compare it to I can see distinct qualities to the IP that appear to match up VERY well with mine.

As her agency replies have always been referred to as secretarials, for quite some time, I was of the belief that this too must be one as it came back from her agency. As I could not find any good signatures to compare it to I could not conclude it was authentic and had to go by the assumption it was secretarial.

Now, I am not so sure. This gives hope to all of those out there that would like to try her at her agency. The address has changed though, and I don't know if it's changed in the database yet.

Now that new evidence has been brought forward, and I have now had a chance to make some close comparisons it does look very much like the IP presented below!

Now that I actually have an authentic IP to compare it to I can see after very close careful scrutiny that it does look authentic!

I have to say I am very surprised!

Studying this very closely I can see the very bottom loop has the same size and shaping. The right portion is shaped the same as mine and the left portion of the loop is also shaped like mine.

The very top right loop has the same angling to the looping where it turns and goes up, left and down. The portion in the middle that has the appearance of an S also has the same shaping to the top left of the S. And the top of the D where it starts has the same shaping and characteristics.

These specific shapings are unique to the way an individual writes their letters, they are NOT easily copied with that kind of accuracy to that degree with that many loopings all in the same signature. That would be VERY difficult to do.

I tried to find something on the net for comparison before I concluded what has been said by so many. I was unable to find anything of real value to compare it to. This is the first one I have seen that gives me something to really study.

By the looks of this it does appear authentic.

I have to say I am very surprised as I have always been told they are secretarials. I have a feeling there will still be those that will claim they are secs.

It will be interesting to see what the rest of the forum has to conclude on this.

Yes, I know it is reported that she gives out secs. That is what I originally had this entire thread based on. But now that there is an IP autograph that mine can be compared to I have had an opportuntiy to study them more closely.

That's also why I put three question marks in my subject title, as to suggest: Are they real?

Before now I could not find a good signature for comparison. But now that I do have one I can see that my autographs do very much resemble the IP presented here.

What I am comparing is the transitional points in the loops where they turn back on themselves. These possess very unique qualities that would not easily be reproduced over five matching points, when drawn in quick succession. Those tend to be unique qualites of the person writing the letter.

As you would have your own specific way that you would shape any given letter when drawn quickly, a shape that would come naturally to you as you move your hand through the letter being drawn. Someone else now trying to copy that would have to rearrange the way they draw theirs in an attempt to make it look like yours. The tendency would be that if they did it quickly that the way they would draw it would be more likely to have qualities matching their own to come through in that rapid movement.

With a great deal of practice it can come to resemble what they are trying to copy. What makes this unique is that it is all done quickly in one rapid movement. Were it to be done slowly you would see a more forced appearance, a shakiness or thickening of the lines, rather than the flowing lines that we see here.

What I am saying is that for someone to draw this quickly, trying to match up the specific shape of those five points, that I am referring to, would very difficult to do.
