Jerry Seinfeld VV info

hi everyone

I read in this forum that Jerry Seinfeld signs VV so thought I would send him a photo on his upcoming stand-up tour in the US. I contacted a few of the theatres he would be playing to ask about fan mail and a very nice lady from one of them replied saying that she would contact his publicist and ask. She got back to me today saying that she was very sorry but his publicist said that Jerry would not be accepting fan mail or signing.

I just thought I should send along this information in case anyone else was thinking of sending him VV.

I am already 0-3 in attempts over the past year or so with Jerry.
Kind of bummed to hear this, though. He is certainly on my most wanted list.

I'm 0 for 2 also this year, and most of my letters would make the stars include money with their responses so I think I'll waste my stamps on something or someone else.....

I think most of us realise that , given the opportunity to not get fanmail and not have to sign autos and send them back , most people would have their publicist say this

I'm not , by any means , saying that he definitely will , but there have been a few successes from him VV recently , so surely it may be worth the risk ( of a photo , not something cherished or valuable ) . The more people his publicist puts off , the more chance that he MIGHT sign for the few people who write

That's true I was in no way trying to put people off sending, just passing on what I was told. I will probably end up sending a photo to a theatre that passes on fanmail anyway
