When Should I send out My VV Letter?

Hey,
I'm somewhat new to sending out autographs TTM, so I was wondering when I should send out my letter Via Venue. I live in Southern Manitoba in Canada (about an hours drive away from North Dakota). I only have a few dates left to send to Britney Spears. So my question is how many days before her concert should I send my letter? The cities I have left to choose from are Tulsa, Huston, Dallas and Bossier City. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

1-2 weels before with a hold til concert date on the front. good luck

Send your VV letter 1/2 weeks before the concert date. Remember to write 'Please hold for CELEB NAME on DATE OF CONCERT' in the bottom right hand corner of your envelope.
