when sending vv to a tv studio, is it best to include your own photo or will they have some there which they could provide?

Hello,

Most TV shows will have promo pics which the actors will sign, and if it's a long running soap or drama they tend to have cast cards. So yes they most likely will have a picture but you could include a picture to be safe if you wanted to {up}

I remember sending to the presenter of a show one time and not including a picture and I got an email from them saying that they don't currently have any pictures but as soon as more pictures are printed then one will be sent out to me, it's been almost 4 years and I still haven't received it {down}

had another question about cast photos, do guest stars, like people on a show for an entire season, get official cast photos too?

Hi smoxsamantha!

I would assume only principle cast would be in the promo photos and receive their own promo photos. When I sent to David Conrad from the "Ghost Whisperer" he didn't sign any of the photos I sent him and sent me a cast promo photo that he signed instead. I know someone who works for CBS and they think that the GW cast were only allowed to sign promo photos supplied by the studio (don't know if that's true or not), so that may be something to think about.

Good luck!
