Sending Via-Venue - How do I start?

Okay, I didn't really know where to start this thread so I put it under "Collecting Help". I am unsure of how to send Via Venue and want to find out everything there is to know about sending requests.

So I want to send an autograph request to Lea Michele (Rachel from Glee) when she visits the Australian Idol studio in a few weeks. I live in Australia so it is easier for me to send.

How do I start?
I have 2 pictures that I would like to be signed so I've printed them off...
Do I need an A4 envelope? + another A4 SASE?
And how do I write the address?

The address for the studios is:

Australian Idol
c/o Fox Studios
Building 16
38 Driver Ave
Moore Park, NSW 2021
Australia


Now where do I send it? I mean instead of "Australian Idol" do I put the celebrity's name or what?

I'll try to help you as much as I can. Well, about envelopes. You need 2 of them. One is an envelope with your name and address on it and the another one is the one where celebrity's address is written (in this case VV for American Idol).
In the envelope with the American Idol address, you put the stamped envelope with your address (SASE), photos and letter.
Address is written like this:
Lea Michele
Australian Idol
c/o Fox Studios
Building 16
38 Driver Ave
Moore Park, NSW 2021
Australia

You can put it in the back on the envelope but I usually put it at the front of it ;)

The front would be best, so that they see it. Somewhere below the address (best to leave a gap as it's not part of the address itself)
