Unexpected autographs

I did a precursory search and couldn't find the topic.

I just received, as part of a larger package, a personalized autographed picture from someone I didn't write to. I didn't even ask for this autograph, and had very little indication I was going to get it - the sender said he'd talked to the celeb, but didn't say why. Personally, I've told people that I'm getting autographs for them before, but I seldom get autographs for people without telling them.

Has anyone else had this amazing luck before?

Ive never been that lucky! But I have seen a succes from Channing here.. where he asked his wife Jenna to sign aswell because the fanmailbiz user send pics of the two of them together...

About 15yrs ago...Right when I started collecting autographs. I got a cast photo signed by the original 8 cast members from ER. I don't remember writing to the show. But, who knows.
