Depends on where it's heading, but I agree - there's no way $1 would be enough. Even the minimum cost for a large envelope to most countries cost over $1, and one with a picture inside is going to be over that.

I just realize we have a bit of an international mixup here.. some of us are going by inches, other by centimeters, no wonder we're all confused at one another.
