How long bfore a concert should i send my letter (via venue)

Im wanting to send a letter to taylor swift, shes playing mid november
When should i send out my letter to the arena, a week, a month, 2 months?

I usually send my VV about a week or 4 days before the group/artist are due to play, but this is just the way I do it!
Just make sure you put Please hold for ______ Concert date: _______ or something along those lines!
