Hello, I am new to this. But I have requested a couple of autographs thru schools. Like I found a nice picture of Houston Nutt and Nick Saban, that I sent directly to Ole Miss/Alabama?
For instance this is what it said
Nick Saban
Head Coach Alabama
University of Alabama
Tuscaloosa, AL 35487
Houston Nutt
Head Coach Mississippi
Vaught Hemmingway Stadium
Oxford, MS then zip
did I shoot myself in the foot or not? Will they even get them?
Hello, I am very new, sorta

pardon my ignorance...but what are you asking? your question/explaination is a bit vague
Re: Hello, I am very new, sorta
what i am asking, is it a good idea to send photos/cards of coaches to the school directly? Or do I have to track down the proper address for the athletics department? Basically how do u get an autograph from a head coach of a college school... lol
Re: Hello, I am very new, sorta
Most college coaches will send an autographed photo to you via e-mail request. Just go to the college website and find the coach of the sport you are looking for and use the e-mail/contact form for that coach. If you are in high school, do not mention your age, since the coach will refuse to comply with your request (it is illegal to do so, by NCAA rules). Some colleges will respond through e-mail and request you send an SASE. Some will not give a reply, but a signed photo may show up in your mail box.
You can send your photos to the coach c/o the college and it should get to him. I don't know the signing habits of the coaches you have pictures for, though. Again, search through the college website to find the address to send it to. Might take a bit of work, but it can be well worth it.
