I've only been sending TTM requests to wrestlers since 8/18. Mostly I went the in person route, but since August I've gotten successes from Paul London, Kurt Angle, Joe Hennig, Snitsky, Ricky Steamboat, Terry Taylor, Bob Orton, Chris Masters, Elijah Burke, Dusty Rhodes, Jimmy Wang Yang, Kung Fu-Naki, Marc Mero, Danny Spivey, Greg Gagne, Mickie James and The Honky Tonk Man.

I'm still waiting for responses from Evan Bourne, Shark Boy, Khali, Miz, Raven, Eugene, Shannon Moore, Charlie Haas, Booker T, Umaga, DDP, Armando Estrada, Sandman, Norman Smiley, Christy Hemme, Maria, Vader, Brutus Beefcake, Hillbilly Jim, Pat Patterson, Velvet Sky, Terry Funk, Johnathan Coachman, Adrian Street, Scott Steiner, ODB, Michael Hayes, Jimmy Garvin, Kevin Von Erich, Ron Simmons, Brian Kendrick, Billy Graham, Jim Duggan, Jamie Noble, Dale Torborg, Vickie Guerrero, Jim Ross, Sunny, The Brisco Brothers and Bobby Heenan. In regards to Roddy Piper's "cancer", I found this on wrestlezone.com:

There are reports circulating around the internet that "Rowdy" Roddy Piper's cancer has returned and that the ring legend is dying. PWInsider.com is reporting that those rumors are completely untrue and that according to sources close to Piper, he is dealing with a health issue which has caused him to back out of scheduled appearances, but the issue is not cancer related and he is in fact not dying.

I only wish the best for Roddy and hope he is doing well... I just think the world of him and he is truly a great guy!~

I know the Luger came back RTS and some say Slaughter now will. Savage is impossible and I absolutely HATE that. Hope most of the others work out, because I have written to a few of them or was planning on it. lol.. Selfish reasons rule!

Forgot.. one more address I've been looking for.. The Mulkey's. Randy and Bill Mulkey. I know they live in North Carolina and possibly in the Charlotte area. These guys were one of the most DOMINANT teams ever!!! Any help getting the address for these guys would make a Mulkey-Maniac very happy.
