Well of every KISS army general, I'd say your best shots are Tommy Thayer, Bruce Kulick, and Eric Singer.

Gene Simmons – Mainly sign for charity, but occasionally just for someone regular
Tommy Thayer – Great signer
Eric Singer – Also a good signer
Ace Frehley – Never answers fanmail
Peter Criss – Also never answers, however he just recovered from cancer, so he could start again
Bruce Kulick – Good signer
Eric Carr – Died in 1991
Vinnie Vincent – The only successes I've seen were purchased
Mark St. John – Died in 2007

Maybe try via venue. I know its rare him playing out lately but he does send updates on myspace telling people when he is out playing.
