I had a success from him, but it was via venue last year. He signed and personalized my 8x10.

Best address to write to Kid Rock is Vector Management, Nashville
I got a signed baseball bat earlier this year for our charity fundraising
I wouldn't recommend CAA to send fanmail its more like to end up thru a paper shredder

Just confirmed with Vector Management that they do accept his fanmail there.
