For your envelope FROM Australia, if you haven't got Australian stamps, I would suggest including 2-3 IRC (depending on size of your envelope). You dont stick these on your envelope, you include them in your main envelope, along with your letter etc.
Remember to include "BY AIRMAIL/PAR AVION" on your envelopes. Top left corner is best.
Favourite: David Tennant IP, John Barrowman IP, Patrick Stewart IP, Catherine Tate VV. Newest: John Simm IP, Suranne Jones IP, Jonathan Groff IP.
An IRC (International Reply Coupon) is a voucher that can be exchanged for enough postage to cover the minimal cost of sending a letter internationally. Basically, when the celebrity goes to the post office, he or she can exchange the IRCs for stamps.
Going back on what I said previously, I *think* one IRC might actually be enough.

And Do I Put The IRC's On The envelope or INSIDE?

I assume it's just to differentiate between surface mail. Technically they should be able to tell which you want by the amount you've paid, but it's always best to specify, I think
