HUGE JASON ISAACS SUCCESS - NICEST ACTOR EVER!!!

I met Jason Isaacs today, I have met Jason a few times before but wanted to share this as it shows just how nice he really is.
Jason was today performing for a Rememberance day show at the Duke Of Yorks Theatre in London. I got there at 1.30 for a 3pm show. Soon after I arrived, Jason walked up the street. He instatntly saw me and rememberd my name, he said he was 5 mins late for rehearsal, but whats another 5 minutes for a fan, we chatted for 10 minutes whilst he signed.

He signed full signatures, each photo from Peter Pan and added great inscriptions. We got talking about (although I love him in Potter), my favourite film of his is PETER PAN where he plays both Mr Darling and Captain Hook, he want on to tell me that it is his favouite film he has made and the most proud performance, he said his kids also love it. He said he had so much fun making it. Whilst signing, he said "I used to add these", refering to the cool hook skecthes he drew.

It is so sureal to talk to him in person, it is clear he appreciated his fans and truly is the most down to earth actor or celebrity of any kind I have met, he is just so normal, not a strand of anything bad such as being big headed, he is nothing like any of his characters, he is just so normal and grounded which truly is a rarity today for such a great actor.

He said he is filming Deathly Hallows fill April so still a way to go.

It's great to hear he's cool in person. He's such an amazingly talented actor with incredible range, I'd almost be heartbroken if he were a stuck-up jerk.

Also good to hear there's another fan of Peter Pan.

Yes, me too, I love Peter Pan. I love Isaacs perfromances and also loved HOOK with Robin williams and Dustin Hoffman as it was such a unique toke on the story.

I love seeing it in panto too; somthign about the flying I love

I have also always had a great love for Peter Pan & Hook. There's something of Wendy in me I feel, that feeling of falling in love with that 12 year old boy and then growing up and still being in love with him, or rather, still being in love with being in love with him, if that makes sense. As an adult, I remember the magic and the feeling of flying with Peter Pan and it makes me feel like a child again. I'll always have a soft spot for his stories. And I thought Jason made a perfect Hook, and I loved that he (as is traditional) played Mr Darling too. A severely underrated version of the story, sadly

Yes, that version was massively underated, critics were tquick to say it was just the same thing dont time and time again.

Yes, I love that Issacs played by Darling too, both Hook and Darling are usually played by the same actor, its a tradition (i think ive only ever seen one version where they are different actors). In the case ot Jason, it just shows how much of a great actor he is, as does that he is nothing like Hook, Malfoy or even Darling.
