Are Autopenned Posters Possible?

Unread post by Gaia »

I did a search on this topic in the forum and didn't see anything about it, so please forgive me if I overlooked something!

My current project is to send out a New Moon poster to the whole cast. (Either individually or at the New Moon cast address...not sure) And even though it probably won't apply to my situation, what are the chances that the poster could come back autopenned? Reading through the forum posts on Twilight, most of the cast seems to be really nice about signing photos, etc. (no sec's or any suspected forgeries *shudder*)

I'd just love to get something back and this will be my first time trying a TTM. Any suggestions? I thought about including hand-written, personalized letters for all the cast members (Because who can just pick one of Stephanie Meyer's characters?) along with the poster. But would that be hitting them with too much, too fast?

If I'm not clear, please let me know so I can attempt to clarify my questions? Thank you! :D
Think about it: If some stranger came up to you and screamed in your face and got in your personal bubble, wouldn't it intimidate you, even scare you? God bless the actors and actresses who never seem to get any peace, even when we wish them well.

Very possible. It's a machine that duplicates a signature from a plate with the signature on it. I'm pretty sure anything flat is able to be signed. I don't think they have one yet that signs balls or big odd shaped items like bats, shoes/cleats, ect.

Honestly if it's the ONLY reliable way to get the star you mind as well. It complete's the item so it's worth it.

Hmmm...ok, thanks for the information. I wasn't sure how big an autopen would be and thought that maybe the size of the poster would be too much of a hassle at least. Maybe I should start small and just send out LOR's with SASE's first. :?
