How can you get a signed autograph from him? I have tryed the University of Florida Athletic Dept. & they didn't fulfill my request. (Request sent 10/19/09.)

sending a request to a college and getting a success is rare, or atleast in my case. they have strict rules on getting stuff signed. i know that unc-chapel hill has auctions where you can buy their autograph items... its all about the money to them and if they can make a dollar off of their atheletes them theyll do it.

so it seems the only way to get something signed from tebow is to meet him in person or wait until he makes it pro.... or you could find out his personal address, which i dont recommend.

Like gottahaveautos said, there are strict rules about college football players. Here is also a blurb via the official Gators website about autographs:

The UAA does not allow current student-athletes to provide autographs, other than on Fan Day. Check GatorZone.com for dates and times.

University of Florida football student-athletes (in particular Tim Tebow) have continued to be inundated with requests for autographs. The UAA is strongly asking Florida fans to allow the players' focus to be on their rigorous schedules as successful student-athletes and has asked Tim not to fulfill autograph requests due to their overwhelming number.

Hope that helps explain why you aren't receiving a success.
