Return postage from Italy

I am planning to send to someone in Italy. How much Italian postage will it take to get a large-sized (8x10) photo back to me in the US?

Does anyone have a good place to buy Italian stamps other than Ebay?

I think it's 1.03 € (http://www.poste.it/en/postali/premiumm ... ices.shtml) with premium or 0.62 € with economy mail (http://www.poste.it/en/postali/economym ... ices.shtml).

Thanks for the info. I'll go with the higher denomination stamp just to be safe.
