Re: Wrestling Collectors?
I received my Bob Orton Jr. Topps card back signed today. It was mailed 12/27. Also, the Slick TX address came back RTS. Someone asked earlier and I believe this one is no longer working. Anyone had sucess with Mike Enos or have a Wayne Bloom address?

Sent to BJ Mulligan on 10-26-09 and Arn Anderson sometime in June, I can't remember the actual date. I resent to Arn today though so hopefully I'll get something.Mjr Frank Burns wrote:Yep, those are the same ones I sent to... Both of them .... How long ago did u send to each?

That blows about the Slick address cause I just put my request in the mail yesterday after work.Exeter78 wrote:I received my Bob Orton Jr. Topps card back signed today. It was mailed 12/27. Re: Wrestling Collectors?
There is still hope with BlackJack, but I would count Arn's as a loss ... I got mine back within a month - Maybe it was the gift I sent him along with it ... Printed out 2 things ... one for him, one for me to get back --- OR maybe it was well written letter .... LOL - I would re-send to Arn and hang in for awhile for BJ ... Good luck brother.
Re: Wrestling Collectors?
I'm in a bit of a rut as well. It does tend to slow down my requests, when I don't get any back. After I get a few back, I then send out more.
I'll say that I've sent to Tito Santana twice and had no success. Which s u c k s, because Tito is one of my all time favorites.

That's weird with Tito. Mine came back in like 6 days as did the Fuji. They seem to be some of the better signers. I have an Anderson out too so who knows with that one.
Re: Wrestling Collectors?
Hey Jason, did you ever get to send anything for the Mulkeys?

Re: Wrestling Collectors?
I have also been in a rut.I got the Backlund card but other than that nothing wrestling related in a month.I sent to DDP in late October and nothing.I sent to Vader,Slick ( I used the TX addy and no RTS),Honky, Duggan,Heenan, and Graham in mid-November and nothing.I sent to both Steiners and Arn Anderson in late November and nothing.( I never got RTS from Rick as some others reported) I've sent Lawler twice and nothing.I sent Mean Gene in July and nothing but resent to him in mid November and got both 8x10's back signed in less than 2 weeks, strange since no one else has gotten him in quite awhile.I'm pretty burnt out.I feel like I've wasted both time and money sending letters, ect to these wrestlers that I grew up idolizing yet they can't take a minute to sign their name on a picture throw it in an envelope and toss it in the mail.I mean with the exceptions of Scott Steiner and Arn Anderson none of the rest of them are doing much of anything so I don't see why they won't sign autographs for fans that helped pay their salaries over the years.I understand that some of these guys get alot of fan mail and that they don't have to sign anything if they don't want to but if that's their take then why not refuse all of their fan mail?Perhaps the "rut" is do to the holiday season.Maybe it's the post office losing mail or delivering it to the wrong address on either end.I sometimes wonder if some celebrities just grab a random stack of fan mail and sign a few and leave the rest sit for long periods of time or lose it or throw it away.I just don't know.

I sent to Gene TWICE as well -- There seems to be 2 addresses out there for him ---- Did you send to the Osprey Address of his? - That is where I sent it twice, but there is another one I saw in another city of Florida - If u can clarify, I would appreciate it ... And I totally agree with you about the guys being supported by us fans over the years .. Doesn't take much to sign and send back.
