I know there is probably no spaces left or anything but I thought I would just see how I would go about it! Can anyone give me any advice, any other TM or Mods out there!
I would appreciate any response, thanks

Applying to become a TM or Mod doesn't necessarily mean you will become one. True, Admin might be less "picky" about those he chooses to become TM's and Mod's on his team, therefore he has a larger team. Some GM's don't even have TM's on their team, some have one or two, others have a few more. Every team is different. But all in all, it's up to the GM and their own philosophy on who is qualified enough to become a TM or Mod on their own team. I am glad to be part of Chrissy's team, she has a solid selection of members on her team.dfreely wrote:On any other forum, someone generally becomes a moderator after they've served a certain amount of time and have earned respectability from their peers, as well as current moderators and the administrators, and are believed to be able to handle the job of having to edit/delete threads when necessary. You don't apply to be one, you're asked to be one.
Here on the other hand, anyone can apply to become a "trainee moderator" (a ridiculously pointless system to have in the first place) and become a moderator just three months later. I already knew that it was a bad system, I just didn't know exactly how bad until ursha pointed it out.
