I'm a know it all yet you mailed on January 11th. LOL! I think EVERYONE will agree I am right here. By the 11th the ENTIRE TTM sports community had about 5 threads each on this.
And who said I would ever sell my stuff or anything about money???? Where that comes from is beyond me.
It's over. I have my thoughts and you have yours. I'm done. All I know is if you sent during the first few days that's one thing, the 11th is geting over the wire not under.

Re: RTS Duke Snider (Don't send to him)
Actually I sent on the 9th. And again I didn't find out about him until the 11th. Oh well, I guess I am a hero then, lets make January 25th knobbs008 day since that is the day he saved everyone on the earth from getting a RTS from Duke Snider. Maybe I will have a parade tomorrow. chriscollector, just go back to you pathetic life of accusing others of what they didn't do. again, I thought I was doing the right thing here. Next time I will just keep my mouth shut and let everyone else find out for themselves if someone isn't signing anymore.chriscollector wrote:I'm a know it all yet you mailed on January 11th. LOL! Chris, while you had a point at first, you have been shown wrong. Either suck it up and take it like a man or keep your whining off the boards so the rest of us don't have to see it. This post makes you look like a self-righteous asshole, which I know you're not but you sure look it now.chriscollector wrote:I'm a know it all yet you mailed on January 11th. LOL! Re: RTS Duke Snider (Don't send to him)
I have to side with Chris here...I started collecting around Xmas time, and Duke was one of the tops on my list as he was fairly affordable to begin a collection, and I saw quite a few RTS' and figured I'd leave the guy alone until I saw he'd be signing again.....again this was around Xmas time, think about it if your in your 90's, and sick do you really want to be getting 50 or 60 packages a day from people , most of whom dont send any money to the guy, and then expect him to drive it out to the post office to mail back? IF I were him I'd of thrown away all the packages so be grateful he just RTS' them

Re: RTS Duke Snider (Don't send to him)
Whatever the case, I hope that people will cease sending to him. There are others, like Sparky Anderson, who instead of just RTS every piece of mail, continues to sign but has asked that folks not send items. At times, we have to police ourselves and not take advantage of people, or by sending 10 items instead of one or two. Sometimes it is a RTS but often it is our own sense of what's right.
