It does look a little off but you really never know unless it's an IP autograph. Just at a cureasoty, where is the COA from?

His IP sigs are a toss up sometimes you get a nice full signature but most are short scribbles!.

This is a IP that was signed about a month ago typical rushed IP>

There are many problems with your Arnie The A looks weird as does the S and Z. My guess is it is a fake sorry.
