Please don't double post (posting after yourself).
For postage on an international letter you will need to purchase International Reply Coupons. 2 should do it. Get these from your post office and include them with your letter (you dont attache them to the SAE).
Or if you can, purchase some American stamps. 3 Forever stamps will be fine. You can try the Autograph Sale/Exchange forum here to buy some off American members.
To call an American number you need to add the country dialing code. You number would be 001 323 9549795

Ive just called and they said it would definatley be given to him and they said they are always giving fanmail to gale this is great right all i need to do is get these reply coupons but the lady in my post office doesnt know what they are what shall i do about that

Go to another post office, or ask her to order some in for you.
