Mind you... I sent a letter to a venue about 20 minutes away by car and 10 minutes by metro train, I sent it on the Wednesday and it arrived on the Monday when the gig was Friday and that was 1st class. Luckily, the manager knew about it and he got a flyer signed and sent it back in my SASE when it arrived to him.

Ouch, lucky it all turned well in the end. Atleast I know to send it earlier now, just incase!

Yeah, I have just decided I am sending mine to the O2 arena, when do you suggest sending the package, I was thinking Friday? 7 days before the actually event?
Oh yeah, I am going to send mine on Friday definitely. I have already got the letter ready and put stamps on everything. I like to send it a week early and its good that there is 2 performances. One on Friday and the next on Saturday. :D

Well, I wouldn't exactly say great chance. We will just have to see who if anyone gets a success. But I think it is worth a try or two.

Not hearing back from Miley Cyrus is really not the best way to determine how good a venue is at passing on fanmail! It doesn't seem like Miley replies anymore period, so you can't blame the venue for not hearing back from her. In my opinion the MEN is one of the best, if not the best, for passing on fanmail {up}

I don't think there's a good chance, I think there's a very small chance. But if you provide everything required yourself (picture, SASE etc.) making it as easy as possible for her to respond, then you'll be leaving yourself a better chance of success {up}

Yeah, I sent a letter, picture and SASE to Lady Gaga on Friday at the O2 arena, you don't see many successes from the MEN arena, well not as many as the O2 arena anyway. Did you hear anything back from Miley?
