This "I do not accept returns, except in the case of damage to the product!" should raise a HUGE RED FLAG.

It means that the dealer...and this will shock you...is selling it "as is" which means you have zero recourse if the item is a fake. A dealer who refuses to stand by his product is a dealer who sells fakes (period, end of story).
