Via venue ????need help!!

Hi,
I never sent a letter via venue but I always see successes from certain people .I really don't know how long it will take to reach to the venue because the concert will be one day in that venue.If it reaaches too early,what would happen to my letter?How do they give the person the letter?How do they get it?Any advice you all can give me to say what to do..I have no clue .Thanks

its ok if you sen dit to early they holod on to it and pass it on when the celeb arrives the time vaires you should send it about 3 days before the concert if it is in your country

If you are sending within your own country i would send it aweek before to be safe and if you are sending to another country i would send it 2 weeks before to be safe,i sent my britney spears request from canada to las vegas 2 weeks before the concert because it can take a week to 10 days sometimes and i received my pic back signed right after her concert.It is better early than too late so better safe than sorry. As far as what to write or how they pass it on to the person just write on the back side of the envelope "PLEASE HOLD FOR ??????? ON SUCH AND SUCH DATE that he or she is doing the concert.
