Any help would be appreciated. This was signed about 12-15 years ago. My sister got this for me and said it was an actor. Thanks!

Gasp, never heard of him, not all that tall, blond, was really cute - ok I've seen too many movies of all genres, and I may be a bit older than you - but he was big around the time of Steven Segal, JCVD, Don "The Dragon" Wilson etc....... :lol:
