Re: David Tennant
One of "the" nicest persons that you can meet.
I meet David here, three time in the US. Two times for the twice yearly, Television Critics Press Tour ( on this press junket I have also meet Billie Piper and John Barrowman ) and once on the set of Rex Is Not Your Lawyer. In all three meetings it was very low key with maybe 2 or 3 other people waiting. It sure beats trying to catch him at someplace like Comic Con last year.
I was able to talk to David in a more intimate setting. In fact, at the first press junket, it was for Casanova and it was just announced David was the new Doctor Who, so I was the first autograph, pertaining to Who that David signed for me. He even bought a drink for me and we talked by the hotel pool! He is really a nice guy!

Re: David Tennant
Well done, he's lovely. I can't meet him IP because of geographical reasons, and would really like an autograph from him but am hesitant to send a TTM request because of the whole "personalization is sec" debate. Someone really needs to ask him about that

Re: David Tennant
To be honest, it's not even a debate. The handwriting on the secs in no way matches his own (which I have seen IP). But I dont think it matters much, at least it isn't obvious (I hate it when they cant even be bothered to use the same colour pen grrr), so I'd still try itRevolver wrote:Well done, he's lovely. Re: David Tennant
Think I'd rather wait for a VV opportunity (was very disappointed when he pulled out of Burke & Hare), as the personalization is quite meaningful to me, much more so than the signature.
Re: David Tennant
In that case watch out for Single Father (Scotland), Retreat (Canada) & Love On The Murder Mile (London) which are all in various stages of production (i.e. some he's confirmed for, some just negotiation etc).Revolver wrote:Think I'd rather wait for a VV opportunity (was very disappointed when he pulled out of Burke & Hare), as the personalization is quite meaningful to me, much more so than the signature.

I'm sure I've seen that photo somewhere before you posted it on here, no idea where though!!
