Royal mail (buying stamps)

Hi,

I have a few questions about buying stamps in the Royal Mail Shop(royalmail.com).
I´m living in Germany ,can I buy stamps there without living in the U.K.?
If I buy something I get this product once and not every month or something,right?

Well,I think if someone could tell me that it will be all fine,that would be great.

Not sure about the website. But, I live in the US and buy stamps from them all the time by telephone. I call the following #011 44 131 316 7483
They send it to me within a week or 2.

Wow, thanks for the info. I have to have a lawyer friend who splits time there and in the US bring me them when she comes to the states. This will help me so much.
