that is something that i already proved....because the envelope is right there in the picture..and none of my envelopes have marks on the stamps..lol..do u wanna see one other i have? all my envelopes have a long white barcode sticker...why r u hatin on me because the uk processed my envelope? its not my fault.....so peace.

The only thing you've proven is that you got the envelope back, which I never denied. That however doesn't prove that the stamp itself was processed or used. Like we both mentioned, metered postage is won't have a mark when used because it's pre-canceled, so there's no way to prove that it was used.

And as I said in my original reply, chances are the celebrity probably paid for the postage themselves, and the stamp was just wasted.

but ALL my SASES that were returned to me were/are ALWAYS like that...most of the time it has the white bar code sticker...so i dont know what to tell you..o well...im finished with this..lol, guess i got lucky by them paying for it...nice talkin to ya!

And to the OP, how much postage you need depends on the size and weight of the envelope. If you're sending a SASE within a smaller envelope (under 6x11), 98 cents will cover it. If you're sending your own photo, it's going to be $1.24, or more depending on the weight of the photos and envelope.

1. How much US stamps do I need to put on the envelope going to the UK, It is a LARGE ENVELOPE (11X13) with a smaller envelope and two pictures inside?

2. What do I have to put on the SASE to get them to return it? Would I have to do IRC's?

1. At least $2.08. It's impossible to say without knowing the exact weight of it.
