When did you mail yours/receive it back? Where are you located?

I got a rejection letter too, but mine is a little more hopeful. It said:

"As you may appreciate, Paul receives numerous requests and tries to fulfill as many as possible in the limited time available at each concert however on this occasion it has not been possible to meet your own and as the tour is moving on to the next city, we are returning your property."

It gives me hope that he still signs, and I fully intend to try again.

Does anyone know some other tour dates for him? I tried looking on Ticketmaster and couldn't find anything.

I sent my letter to the Hollywood Bowl in early March. He had two dates there, 30th and 31st of March. I got my rejection letter yesterday (I'm located in Virginia). The letter was signed by MPL Tours Inc.

Obviously they opened your guys letters and sent the rejection letter and yer stuff back in the SASE right? Cause if thats true I wonder if they read letters and choose who gets a signature.

That's what I'm wondering, like if they DO handpick who chooses to get a sig, I have to think, "did I write a great letter, or could I have put more effort into writing?"

Got my photo back from Hollywood Bowl today. It was one of the hopeful letters, though, so I might try again on one of his UK dates.

And yeah, it crossed my mind that people read all the letters and decide which pictures Paul should sign--like omgitscaro, that thought kind of scares me. As if writing a letter to Paul McCartney wasn't hard enough before, it makes it so much worse.
