URGENT -- How many IRCs??
I'm sending a request to London and this is the first time I've sent anything there. How many IRCs should I include in anticipating 2-- 8"x10" pictures?
Mind if I piggyback onto your question while we're on the topic? I'm an IRC newbie.
Ok, approximately how much is one IRC? Does it depend on where it's going or are they all the same flat rate?
Also, I read something on here about making sure they were stamped at the post office where you buy them BEFORE you enclose them with your request. Is this true? (I want to make sure I'm fully informed in case the desk clerk at the PO isn't quite sure).
THANKS for your help!!!

Thankfully I can answer those questions
. Each IRC is $1.75 no matter where it is going. Also, the new IRCs DO NOT need stamping :o! I was shocked, but when they increased the postage rates, they've also switched what the IRCs look like as well as doing away with the need for a stamp. I hope this helps
.

One more quick question, please. I was just looking on the USPS site for rates from the US to the UK. It looks like for a 9 x 11 envelope, it's going to be around $9.50! Is that right? Or am I looking at the wrong rates? Here's the page I went to:

Sorry, once I get my newbie questions out of the way, I'll be good to go.
