Going to Letterman/Fallon shows for autos.

I am probably going to NYC on the 24th and 25th, and want to get an autograph from the guests. I know the Late show with letterman starts at about 11:30, and Fallon starts at about 12:30. Where would I go, and what time should I get there to see the celeb arrive, and do they just leave right after their section? Thanks for any help!

you do realize that the shows are filmed in the morning???

no i dont, hence why I was wondering...what time do they usually come in to film the episodes?

I haven't a clue...all i know is that the shows are filmed in the day time, and aired at night

is there only one entrance to go in for these shows?or is there a back entrance the celebs come into?
